Resideo approached eCommerce Nurse because they needed an Amazon-savvy agency to help them roll out Honeywell Home Brand Stores across the EU market. They needed help adapting each Brand Store to the local market with the correct products, language, and marketing messages.

eCommerce Nurse started by reviewing and familiarising ourselves with Honeywell Home’s product range. Our in-house copywriting team fully optimised the titles, features, descriptions, and keywords for the top sellers of Honeywell Home products in the range. It was important that we executed this work while creating a premium, on-brand vibe. As these products are technical in nature, we also needed to ensure the FAQs were answered, and installation and compatibility concerns were addressed. We made sure that keyword coverage was complete and wide in scope, while still being accessible for the Amazon customer. By complementing Honeywell Home’s own website, Amazon detail pages and Brand Stores can be a real asset to helping customers make a purchasing decision.
When it came to the Amazon Brand Store refresh, our marketing team worked closely with the Resideo team to build content that truly informed the customer. We also made sure top sellers and categories were highlighted to maximise sales.

Each and every brand is unique. We like to tell a brand’s story and illustrate their purpose for customers on Amazon. As such, we made sure to include an introduction to the Honeywell Home brand, which helps set the stage for future product launches and creates a cohesive experience. The look and feel of the Honeywell Home Brand Store was very important to the client (as it should be), so we worked with their designers and our marketing team to really lift the page’s aesthetic and make it easy for customers to navigate. We finished with other key, behind-the-scenes actions, such as fully optimising metadata against the competition, and ensuring translations were spot-on.
The completed Brand Stores then gave us a great place to send customers from Amazon Advertising campaigns. When customers arrived, we planned our content to inform and educate in a readable and friendly manner. Our ultimate goal for our clients is to build brand trust that helps convert customers from browsing to buying.
Throughout this project, Honeywell Home had their own dedicated client manager who oversaw all the pieces we undertook for this project. eCommerce Nurse used our team who are based across the world to deliver an efficient and well-executed project.
